Mastisis?

For the last week-ish I've had an ache in my right breast. It's more after feeding/pumping. No cracks on my nipples, no red lines, I don't feel "flu-ish", no fever just aching in my breast. Would that be mastisis? AF also showed up last night so I'm wondering if it is just really sensative nipple this time around. I have my annual at my OB tomorrow so I was going to mention it just thought I'd see what you ladies thought first.

    I don't feel like I have one I haven't actually taken my temp but I don't feel feverish at all. I didn't think so either but it's been going on for longer than what seems like "normal" sensativity due to AF. But that might be it. I just pumped and it doesn't seem as bad this time around.
