My son is 9 wks and is very random still....sometimes he will go 3 hours & sometimes (just in the last few days) will go 5 hours! That would be the most he'd ever do. I'm happy w/ the 5, but it's not consistent like I said. He's still regularly between 3-4....

4 weeks, EBF, don't know because I wake her up but she'd probably sleep all night. I've let her go as long as five and a half hours but then she feeds on the hour the next morning
6 weeks, BF and sleeps about 5-7 hours a night. She's been sleeping great the last few weeks but I have had to pump in the night so my sleep hasn't been the best:(
5 weeks, 4 days, EBF, 9lb, 0.5oz. She feeds every four hours day and night, so feeds 7pm, 11pm, 3am, waking up on her own. We're going to do Suzy Giordano's 12 hours in 12 weeks and are starting with the four hour feeding schedule (and no, we're not starving her, as some critics of the book suggest). Getting her on this schedule has been huge for us. Next step once she hits 8 weeks is to phase out the 3am feeding, .5oz at a time.
One thing that really struck me was hearing that if you don't wait long enough in between, then the baby won't be hungry enough, so won't eat enough, which then makes it harder to go longer again. Obviously the baby's stomach has to be big enough, but 4 hours seems to work fine for her.
3 weeks 5 days, EBF.. For now (thinking about mixing some formula in because he doesn't seem full) at night I get one 4 hour stretch, he wakes up eats for an hour and I get about 2 more hours before he wakes up around 4:30 until 6ish and then sleeps until 7:30-8. So total 7 1/2 hours but not straight through.
6 weeks today, Formula fed. He gets about 5 hours, wakes up, then does another 2 1/2. Im hoping it well get even better as i go back to work in two weeks.
8 weeks. EBF and she usually sleeps 3-4 stretches. Same here with the might be supplementing soon because she doesn't seem to get very full. Last night she had 7 oz over 2 hours and still woke up hungry after only 2 hrs of sleep. Second half of the night though we have been getting a 5 hr stretch here and there.
8 weeks and EBF. We have just started getting a few 4 or 5 hour stretches, but usually the first one is 2 - 3 hours and 1.5 to 2 hours after that. My first LO was sleeping through the night by this point, so I wasn't really expecting this to last so long. Someone please tell me it won't last forever! I know it in my head, but I can't quite believe it.
5 weeks tomorrow FF Usually a 3-4 hr stretch followed by 2-3 hr stretch We've had a couple 5 hr stretches and last night a 6 hr! I'm trying not to get my hopes up
Combination BM and FF. 11 weeks. 9-10 hours sleep (10-11 hours between feedings). We do a formula bottle when first awake. Next, 4-5 breastfeeds with expressed breast milk or formula supplementation. Then a formula bottle before bed.

So jealous!!! That's amazing!
I am grateful every morning. I never take it granted!
One month- usually 2-3 hours of sleep at a time. He will go 3-4 hours between feedings at night but he is usually up for 45-90 minutes before he falls asleep again.
4 weeks, mostly FF now, max of 4 hours. Some days and nights he only gets 15-30 minute cat naps but that hasn't happened since I discovered grip water! (fx)
Damn. 6 weeks tomorrow. EBF. 3 hours max, usually less. I literally have had one stretch of sleep longer than 4 hours since DS was born, and that was because he slept at grandma's house.

We have a hell of a time getting her down for that first stretch though.
