I was just seeking some feedback and in sight from other women on here who can share a similar story or offer some advice. I had some light spotting on the 1st of December (the day my AF was expected to start). It was rather inconsistent and scanty and lasted about five days. It was considered an abnormal period for me so I went in and checked in with my family doctor. A bunch of blood,thyroid and fibroid tests were run and everything came back negative. We just ruled it off as stress. However my period was due to start on the 26th (I was on a regular 25 day cycle for the longest time). I bled a little bit for an hour in the evening and then it stopped. I had a weird hunch that something was off so i took a hpt 2 days before spotting started just incase. The the clear blue test came back negative. Any thoughts as to whether this could be implantation or potentially the result of some thing else?

Implantation bleeding is rare. Sounds like you're just having light periods. If you think you are pregnant, take a pregnancy test.

Cycles are regular until they aren't.

Thank you! From what I understand there's many changes ie; diet, hormones that can alter your cycle.

Update: sorry if this is a little detailed for some. So I just started spotting (yet again) Although it apears to be a light pink/orange bleed? It seems to be diminshing . I'm out of town for the holidays so I can't get to a doctor until the 3rd. I know it's not due to an infection as I was also swabbed when I got my blood work done. Just wanted to rule out as much as I could. This is driving me a bit batty. Grr.

Why do you keep going to the doctor?  It seems like you're just having irregular periods.  It happens.
