I've been selling some of my items on Ebay in an effort to purge.
I packed a lot of things into storage bins in an effort to "baby proof".... but really I was just happy to get some of DHS stuff out of the way.
I also had to pack up some unwanted Xmas gifts because I don't have the heart to throw them out. But seriously, I've been gifted like 11 million photo frames.
I am going to move a few things up to the attic. I am going to let SIL use some of the big baby items. I plan to move DD to her own room so she can have her own space for toys.
My major project is to clean out the "catch-all" room which will become either the baby's room or a playroom, not sure yet. I need to declutter the whole house in general, so I'll be purging one room at a time. My kitchen cabinets are in complete disarray, so that's on the list. I intend to implement a labeling system so DH and M might actually put shit where it goes. The carpets need a serious shampooing (actually they need replacing but my cheap ass landlords have been dragging their feet on that). I would really, really love to get some paint on the walls too.

This is my life. The carpets in this house are absurd but our landlord is incredibly lazy
Same. Mine is just a giant tight-ass that will do anything to save a penny. We are living with mustard yellow sculpted shag in the living room, green (grass-like) shag in the master, and brown and tan shag in the nursery. Beautiful.
DH has a nice closet system that was already installed. It has shelves and mutilple hanging spaces. The closet itself is small but the system allows for so much storage.
I need to get rid of all this baby stuff that is taking up space... I made sure I didn't get millions of toys for her, but we have clothes up the ass. Half of it doesn't even fit anymore.
We are getting a new house this year and my goal is to organize and throw away lots of stuff that I don't want to move. I need to get on my eBay selling game.
My big goal is Coffee table/end table/dresser top organization! All sorts of odds and ends get strewn there. It is so frustrating. MH is all, "a place for everything and everything in its place" and scolds me for it, but I just don't HAVE a place for a lot of things and therefore they go everywhere.
So I want to create places for everything. I will tackle one surface at a time as mini-projects.
What blogs do people like to follow for organization? I follow organizedJen and a Bowl Full of Lemons.
Anyone have good suggestions for a deep pantry? I feel like i have a lot of wasted space in there.
We got storage on rollers for our deep pantry. We got them for $15 each at Costco and DH installed them with no problem. They are amazing! Here's a pic (don't mind how full it is). They are heavy duty and can hold a lot!
We don't have a Container Store or a Target around here. Where would be your next go-to for organizational whatnot? I hate Wal-Mart. I DO have a Costco membership.

I think I've seen these there before! Now I want them.....
For my pantry and for my bathroom cabinets.
I really like those. I hope they work. I have grandiose ideas but fail at actually keeping up with things.
@DC2London - there a company here that cleans all the windows, inside and out. Ours was less than $200 and worth every penny. They're called ClearView - not sure if there's anything similar near you.
DH's grandparents used a company like that every spring and fall for years.
I really like Elfa closets. We had them design it and then did our own install which took an entire day for a closet that covers 2/3 of our bedroom wall. I also have a Macy's sectional couch which does not really work with our current great room layout, but I am not replacing it until LO is bigger.
The brand is Furniture Concepts and I love it and get tons of compliments on how comfortable it is. I have had it for about 10 years and it has only been in the last two years that it has started to show some wear and tear.

Yesterday. I need help!

How do you all store jeans? I feel like I have a million and they take up so much space.
