Finally, intro *loss and child mentioned*

Having PCOS and Hypothyroidism and DH with ED and low T, we are TTC#2. I was due for AF 12/25 and have taken 3 HPTs, all neg. I am still so optimistic. Truth be told (TMI warning) I have a small amount of brownish discharge when wiping since yesterday. I am at 12dpo (according to opk). I know implantation bleeding is so rare so I don't want to get too excited. I don't chart and I don't temp. I did do Femara this cycle as well as using softcups after bd'ing successfully 4 times. Which NEVER happens btw ;)
I'm going to buy a digital test this evening and test in the am. FX ladies!

    TTC#1 since July 2014
    AMH 0.1, DOR, Poor responder
    Moved to Prague, Czech Republic for IVF
    2 Natural IVF cycles, 3 full IVF cycles, 4 transfers, 1 BFP - heard heartbeat at 6w5d
    Diagnosed MMC at 9w1d on 11/30/15
    Headed back home to Colorado 12/12/15

    DE attempt in Czech Republic!! 

    March trip to Prague canceled due to Pancreatitis. :sob:
    Headed to Prague April 30
    3 different donors resulted in 1 PGS tested embryo and 1 fresh embryo
    2 embryo's transferred (from 2 different donors) on 5/10/16
    BFP on 5/15/16 at 5dp5dt

    Update #2: Unfortunately AF started last night.  I'm just flat out pissed right now.  Part of me is atleast somewhat relieved to have an answer because this completely consumed my Christmas. My 2 week vacation with my family.  My world!  I'm just pissed. 
    Plan:  Drink wine.  Make appoint with OB/GYN.  Get referral for SA for the hubby.  Not sure where he would start - Urologist or if we both go straight to the RE.  I had a total blood work up in August and my OB gave me the go with the booster rx of Femara.  With all the terrible side effects, I was hoping I wouldn't have to step up my game to 7.5mg. 
    ******sorry for the RAMBLING!**************** still pissed.

    Welcome.  I'd head to the RE, My understanding is reproductive endocrinology is a 9 week rotation a lot of OB/GYN's training where as an RE has to do a 2 year residency.  Why do I know this? My OB/GYN didn't do such a great job. LOL.

    Off Mirena Nov 2013, On Nuvaring end of Jan, Back off Sept 2014.  Never ending cycle starting end of Sept... 
    11/14 Provera failed... cycle continues 
    12/14 High FSH (57 "midcycle")  OBGYN had no clue... about anything 
    01/15 More lab results coming back from RE. U/S showed small (1")cyst on left ovary, thin lining, and couldn't locate right ovary so  possibly straight to DE and IVF 

    Occassionally mess with the chart below to see "what if" and learn (not to make it pretty but because FF stays drunk with me).

    @happyktmom, how about both?  A urologist for your husband and a RE for you.  With PCOS, you should just go to a RE.  They have so much more knowledge to help us get pregnant.  I'd definitely start with the RE and see what they have to say about your particular case.  GOOD LUCK!  The BFNs suck badly.  Come here and commiserate with us.  :(
