Middle name Caroline, suggestions for first name?

My mother's name is Caroline, so I am hoping to use this as a middle name for our dd due in three weeks. In the last two years my mom battled breast cancer, so using this name would be very special for us.

We have two boys, and a girl already. But none of their names are after anybody. Would it be weird if this child (our last one) was named after someone when the others aren't?

I am leaning towards Audrey Caroline. Any other suggestions? Thoughts? Am I overthinking this?

I LOVE Caroline as a fn, but if it is only an option as a middle name that is nice too and a wonderful sentiment. What are you other children's names so we can get a sense of your style?

Audrey Caroline is beautiful. I don't think it's an issue at all that your other children's names aren't family names.

Personally I'm not a fan of Audrey. Also, it's a non issue using a family name for LO #4 but not the others IMO.
