Yes her pregnancy has been complicated since the beginning. She found out at 25 weeks that his umbilical cord only had 2 blood vessels instead of 3 (what it's supposed to have) they knew he was going to come early. When they're only 2 blood vessels it causes stress on the baby & instead of him getting oxygen he was getting carbon dioxide. So that's why she had the emergency csection. She went into labor 3 times before he came. Each time they stopped it which only causes more stress on the baby.

UPDATE: baby has almost gained a pound! She was finally able to hold & feed him herself. She is having a rough time pumping but when he fed from her he ate 3 times as much as she could pump! They said he is still doing amazing & right on target. We still don't know when he will be able to come home since he is so tiny. But my sister gets to leave tomorrow morning. She is still having some pain & not doing to well on the pain meds. She is really depressed because she knows when she leaves he can't come home with her. thanks everyone for your thoughts & prayers. I told my sister about this & let her read the comments it made her smile knowing so many people care so thank you all so so so much!
