(Threatened pregnancy mentioned - not sure if I need to post a warning with this group. Please refer to my question at the bottom of my post)
Hello ladies of PAIF. I've done lots and lots of lurking the past few weeks. I've recently graduated from the amazing group of 3T ladies. I've made a lot of wonderful connections there and the support I've received through my journey has been so amazing. However, I'm very happy to be able to post here and start to contribute to this great group now.
Some quick info on me (refer to my siggy for more information on my journey). I'm 27 and my DH is 26. I was diagnosed with PCOS and Fibroids and was referred to a Reproductive Endocrinologist for help while TTC. My RE's miracle combination of 5mg Letrozole+trigger injection+TI is what gave me my beautiful BFP. My EDD is 8/13/15. The last few weeks have been nerve wracking. I've had a lot of cramping, a few days of spotting, and one day of bright red blood with a small clot. Hence, why I've had three ultrasounds so far and my OB/GYN considers me still a "threatened pregnancy". As of today, everything was looking good so it gave me the confidence to post here! I'm currently 7 weeks and 1 day. The heart rate was 150 today and all measuring well on my little baby.
In my spare time, I like helping with the animal rescue I'm a board member on, drinking wine of all kinds (not now of course), and I'm a tv junkie. To earn $$ I'm a SLP in the school system (heck yes to being lucky and getting summers off). I have two furbabies who are my life (both rescues).
Lastly, I do have one question for you all in addition to any advice or thoughts you would like me to know while becoming a member of this group. If I have any concerns or if I need to post on something not so pleasant (ex: threatened pregnancy) do you all require *warning* titles like 3T does? I did put a warning up top regarding my statement of threatened pregnancy just in case. I want to make sure that I follow the etiquette of this group as well. Thanks so much and can't wait to contribute to you all!

DH's SA: Normal (116.4 million sperm, 97% motility, 36% morphology) - WHO criteria
DH's Repeat SA: Poss. Low Morph. (138 million sperm, 73% motility, 8% morphology) - Kruger criteria
HSG and SIS: Normal (tubes clear)
Medicated Cycle: 5mg Letrozole + Trigger Injection + TI = BFP!!
ESTIMATED DUE DATE: AUGUST 13, 2015
Beta #1: 12/8 - 1,040 Beta #2: 12/10 - 2,902 Beta #3: 12/16 - 19,321
Ultrasound #1: 12/12 (5 weeks 1 day) - Gestational sac and yolk sac present

Spotting, cramping, and even bleeding are actually quite common, even though hearing that doesn't help! Are you on any supplemental progesterone? If you don't mind me asking, why is your OB doing your early ultrasounds and not your RE?

My RE has released me into the care of my OB/GYN. My RE is 2 1/2 hours away and I was doing all of my cycle monitoring (u/s and blood work) at my OB/GYN and then they would fax everything to my RE to look over and make decisions. They work hand in hand as he's the closest RE in my area. I went down to his office for big appointments (ex: SIS, testing discussions, treatment options, etc). He is still receiving all of my reports but had said he agrees with everything my OB/GYN has suggested and he wants me to do my following appointments with them. No I'm not on progesterone supplements. They've been monitoring my levels with my blood work and said they are high where they are supposed to be. I questioned both the RE and OB/GYN on that issue as well because I was concerned.

I main reason I asked about P supps is that vaginally administered P can cause irritation and spotting/bleeding. If they are watching your P levels, that's a good thing!
Pregnancy makes your body do crazy things! Seeing a hb is a very, very good thing! Stay hydrated and take it easy if you're having any bleeding. Keep us posted!

Testing found positive cardiolipins/APS, now on lovenox and intralipid infusions
Transfer of 2 5-day blasts and (FINALLY) BFFP!! 1st ultrasound shows two sacs and two HB, but one is sluggish, almost expecting vanishing twin Subsequent ultrasound confirmed vanishing twin, but my other Little critter looks fantastic!

I have had some bleeding this pregnancy too, starting at week 7 (currently 8w2d). It is terrifying, but so far RE said everything is ok. It sounds like your bean is doing well which is a good thing. I hope the bleeding/cramping stops soon!
