DD will be one next week. We just started to transition her to wcm because we didn't want to open another large can of formula. We were told to wait until one, but does one week matter? My real question is what do you do with all of the bottles and bottle parts? Is there a certain way they should be stored? We use Tommee Tippee if that matters. Thanks ladies.
You'll be fine one week early. I put our bottles in ziplock bags. They survived in good shape for #2, who is 21 months younger than his sister. Fwiw, we didn't get new nipples. The advice to get new ones held true for the old BPA nipples. With the BPA free, just ensure they aren't discolored or damaged in any way. Also, I recommend keeping every kind of bottle you tried. We tried 4 kinds with DD (Avent, Tommee Tippee, Dr Brown's, and Similac). DD liked Similac and didn't get gas with those. They gave DS horrible gas, and we ended up with Tommee Tippee. Luckily, we had kept them all.
