I've never been much of a tea person, preferring coffee.
I am trying to avoid caffeine. I know that up to 200 is safe for most, but my doctor has recommended I avoid it due to my history.
Now that it is cold, I'd like something to sip on. What is your, preferably caffeine free, tea these days?
Re: What kind of tea are you drinking?
Any fruit tees especially constant comments hibiscus tea. Though I read hibiscus is iffy during pregnancy
Decaf earl grey w milk. Always a fave.
Sometimes I have chamomile. But I drank regular Twinnings EB every AM prepregnancy, and have been able to fool myself. (of course until 3pm rolls around and then I'm in trouble). There are occasional mornings where I just break out the good stuff. And use my aerolatte to froth some milk.
