Mommy dandruff???

Ok ladies- I've had dandruff/dry scalp since about 4 weeks pp. anyone else experiencing this? OB told me to use head and shoulders. Helped a little bit I have one itchy spot and every time I itch it snows. Help!

Maybe use a different conditioner or some coconut oil?

I bet winter is your dry scalp culprit, not hormones.

I second the coconut oil rec. Also, shampoo just a couple times a week. Use conditioner only in other showers.

@Emerald27‌ you're probably right! I feel so dried out and I blame everything on hormones lol. Thanks for the advice- will try tonight
