Dropping a pumping session

Ok so my daughter is 9.5 months old and EBF. I work full time and pump 2x at work, we have about 400 oz frozen and I'm donating 100 oz next week. My question is can I go down to 1 pumping session at work and still keep up my supply to feed my daughter when we are together?? We are about to get into the busiest time of year at work and I'm afraid I won't be able to keep pumping 2x a day. I really want to be able to make it to one year without supplementing. She takes about 9 - 10 oz at daycare and I pump about 15-17 oz in 2 pumps. Any advice??

Re: Dropping a pumping session

  • Are there some days you could swing twice and just do once on the busy days? I'm just thinking if you could aim to keep up two for whenever possible but give yourself the option to reduce to once if needed. You have a lot of frozen but if you want to keep up your supply for the weekends 9.5 mo is a little soon for just 1 pump consistently. Or is pumping on the commute an option?
