MS made a come-back a few days ago, though it's not as bad as the first trimester. I have reflux on and off and fatigue on and off. I think I'm OK otherwise.
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves?
Rant: I just want to get through the holidays. Our truck got towed last weekend (parked in the wrong spot) and our grill went up in flames today and I had to use the fire extinguisher for the first time ever. Luckily, we managed to rescue Christmas dinner and we didn't have any property damage. Oh, and all that's easier than dealing with my in-laws. QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday?
I'm really determined to get back to working out in the new year so I can be ready for birthing. Post-birth, I want to make a real effort to meet other new moms in my area, which can be challenging because I'm very introverted. I also want to continue to work-out after birth.
Felling ok. Still super tired. Sometimes still sick. Sick of my DH not believing how tired I am.
Saw my new OB on the 23rd. He's nice. My only concern is that they're measuring cervical length via exam vs u/s. I'm not cool with that really because my high risk doc .. The head of high risk at my other hospital said you can't feel the entire cervix and you need to check via U/s. He really just did baseline stuff when I went. I still have to keep my first injection appt at my hospital because the new OB doesn't have the stock yet but should by my second appt. other than that all was well.
Holidays have been ok so far. Still have one more Christmas with my dad and step mom. We always go Christmas Eve but they were all sick. This is our make up.

@NeonNeon Sorry to hear MS is back... Hopefully not for long!!
@tlc35 Hang in there... once you're through the first trimester, you will likely get some relief. Easier said (to hang in there), than done, I know.
1. Due date? How many weeks are you? What size is baby?
May 15, 19w6d, Mango
2. Age at delivery? (optional) 36
3. Any other children? Furbabies? Nope!
4. How are you feeling?
I feel great (stomach stretching, and some RLP but nothing terrible), however, I listened to the fetal heart rate with my cheapo home doppler this morning and it was around 200. At 20 weeks, that's way too high. I'm pretty sure he was jumping around in there, as the heart rate signal kept moving, but it still got me quite concerned that we may have to deal with tachycardia of some sort.
I have thyroid disease in my family, although my numbers have been totally fine. My level 2 u/s is in five days, so I'll probably wait to bring it up then and just keep monitoring until then. I've done a quick search on the beards and google, and it seems like there is a wide variety of possible causes.
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Level 2 u/s Dec 31.
QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday?
Well, I was going to up my exercising, but I'll have to get the all clear from the doc if this high fetal heart rate persists. Post-birth, for sure!
Christmas was lovely. A bit of work, a bit of baking, a lovely walk in the sunshine... Hope Santa was good to everyone at P>35.

4. How are you feeling? Okay. Boobs are still super sore and occasional nausea is still present. I am still pregnant and have not spotted this week, but I'm still worried that on Monday we won't have a heartbeat.
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Our appointment with the dating u/s is on Monday in 3 days. I am excited to know everything is okay, but I am also fearful someone will tell me I am no longer pregnant. Praying we get a heartbeat, something that did not happen last pregnancy. QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday? Our Christmas was wonderful. DD's presents were a hit and all my family and friends were healthy and happy. My resolution is to be more organized and stay caught up with grading. Today we are going to the store to get plastic storage cubbies for some of DD's presents. They have really small pieces I don't want getting lost in her toy box. I seem to already be keeping my organization resolution.
@tlc35 Prayers we both get beautiful heartbeats on Monday.
@marijaa33 Good luck with your level 2 scan next week.
@niknak1208 I hope your DH realizes exhaustion is not something you make up during pregnancy and lets you rest in peace.
@NeonNoon I think your Christmas could give the Griswald's a run for their money.
@niknak1208 tell your DH that none of us here at P>35 doubt you for a second. My husband and I just both laugh at me... Our apartment is in a three storey walk-up and we're at the top, I.e. two flights up. I frequently have to rest for a few minutes half way up the first flight - no joke! It's pathetic but true. I also slept 12 hours and still felt tired for most of my first trimester. It's better now but the fatigue still hits randomly.
@lcwed thanks! I hope you get to hear/see a heartbeat! Keep us posted.
Quick update on my end: f etal heart rate has now dropped to 140 so I'm feeling a bit less concerned. Perhaps the 200 was just a result of an intense morning workout.
I feel like crap today...exhausted and like I'm gonna barf. The first trimester is usually the pits for me.
No real resolutions except to remember to be grateful during this pregnancy no matter how crappy I feel. Christmas was great! We're still celebrating all weekend.

Yes on Monday I have an OB appointment to see the heartbeat and such.
QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday?
I haven't thought of my New Year's resolutions yet, but they will probably include walking for exercise, which will be difficult because I have bunions now and am in the process of getting a second opinion from another podiatrist. No post-birth resolutions except eat healthy. My Christmas holiday was great and peaceful, mainly because my hubby took the week off work to be home with us. We got a lot of work done around the house, an additional pantry installed, etc.
1. Due date? How many weeks are you? What size is baby?
4/5/14, 25 weeks, cauliflower(?)
2. Age at delivery? (optional) 35
3. Any other children? Furbabies? DS is 18 months old, and we have 2 labrador retrievers
4. How are you feeling? Still coughing. Still vomiting. Same old, same old
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves?
WELL....Let me tell you... I don't recommend the over-stimulated / over-tired toddler combo we had yesterday. But as long as it only happens on Christmas, I'm ok with it. Plus the look on his face, and the dance he did, when he saw the penguins at the aquarium today made it all worth it. QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday?
I am starting reformer pilates in the new year, but it's not really a resolution. I was supposed to start a month ago but got delayed due to the instructors illness, then my illness, then the holidays. I'm restarting the paleo diet after delivery and working out with a personal trainer once I get the ok from my doctor. Christmas was great. I won't go into details here because it is too long. But by the end, DS was handing us unopened gifts and saying "more more more." One downer = I love singing carols at our church Christmas Eve service. But I am totally hoarse from all of this coughing and couldn't participate this year.
@mandyreads I hope so. They were closed today:( so couldn't call and ask. I hope 1 day doesn't matter. Our CDC is recommending no one under 18 visiting hospitals:( my sis is off Monday and Tuesday but works 3 rd Wednesday:(

3. Any other children? Furbabies?DS 16, DD 2.5 - oh and two cats.
4. How are you feeling?freaked out and unsure how to feel.also tired and mildly nauseous.
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves?1st Dr. appointment to confirm pregnancy. Hard to find out today and not want to tell everyone, but I always wait until further along. QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday? resolution: keep more fit through this pregnancy. (I always fail tho!)

Rant-my brother started playing on my phone on Christmas Eve. Opened Bump app and asked me if I was pg. I lied, as we are nowhere near ready to announce. He was sitting next to my mom-showing her the app, just waiting for the questions to start. I am furious with my brother.....and can't even tell him how mad I am!!! 6. Resolution to stay active during pg and try to manage weight gain. I lost most of weight after my son was born, but 20lb creeped back on. 4. How are you feeling?
Good, though I am on winter break. Starting to get heartburn.
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves?
Just got the results of my Materniti21 (is that right?) test. Everything looks good!!!! And .... we are having a baby girl!!!! Finally told my parents (first grandchild ... they are over the moon) and the rest of the fam. Word is leaking out, lol. Oh, and BF proposed on the 23rd so we are now engaged!!! One rant ... can't figure out how to get my ticker on my signature. I feel so dumb, lol. QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday? Continue walking most days with the fiancee. After baby comes, I want to get into really good shape. I want to set a healthy example for my baby girl.
@abookworm@lcwed@tlc35 - wishing all three of you appointments with joyful heartbeats on Monday. It's going to be a big day around here and I'll be anxiously awaiting the updates.
Meanwhile we also have several ladies closing in on delivery day fast ... Can't wait for those updates, too! @Samuelismomma @mandyreads@gremaud07 am I missing anyone?
4. I'm on day 8 of a horrific stomach virus that DD had first but only for a couple days. I've had some scary moments contemplating going to the hospital for dehydration and I've lost 6 lbs. I haven't had diarrhea since yesterday morning so I'm hopeful I may have turned the corner. I even ate a piece of toast for lunch and some plain rice for dinner and it stayed in me. I've been in contact with the advice nurse and if I'm not better by tomorrow I was/am going in. T&Ps for me please! Thankfully LO has been kicking and moving daily.
5. My "20 week appointment" is actually in a week and a half because my MW is out of the office.
QOTW: We had to cancel flights for Xmas so I didn't get to see my family, and I was alternating bathroom/bedroom all day so no celebration. Not a stellar holiday but honestly I'm not that bummed because it's not like I'll never see my family again, DD is young enough to be none the wiser, and baby is healthy. Things could be so much worse and really I am fortunate. My post-birth resolution is survival! Hahaha. I'm pretty nervous about handling a newborn and a toddler at the same time!
1. Due date? How many weeks are you? What size is baby?
8/3/15, just about 9wks, green olive
2. Age at delivery? (optional)
39
3. Any other children? Furbabies?
18 year old daughter in college and 15 year old cat
4. How are you feeling?
I feel like food never tasted so good! No longer nauseous but the stuff I like smells and tastes so good. My favorites tend to be citrus fruit, breakfast sausage, and anything fried and crunchy.
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves?
Nothing coming up this week just trying to stay focused. I find myself daydreaming about this new family member
QOTW: How was your Christmas/holiday? Resolutions?
My parents, brother, and daughter were all here. We had a great time. Lots of laughter and of course great food. Everyone will be so shocked once we finally drop the news for now we are still keeping mum. As for a resolution, like many others on here I want to exercise a little more. DH and I are planning to take a yoga class together.
I really enjoy reading all your posts and am cheering for you quietly from the sidelines :-)
Wow! So many new people - welcome to you all!!! And so many ladies ready to deliver! I guess that's what happens when you don't check the boards much for a week or so.
1. Due date? How many weeks are you? What size is baby?
5/31/15, 18 weeks today.
2. Age at delivery? (optional)
37
3. Any other children? Furbabies? One cat
4. How are you feeling? Fine, really. My crazy appetite is starting to level off, so I no longer feel like I will dies of starvation if I don't eat something every two hours. 5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Anatomy scan scheduled for one week from tomorrow (Monday). Very much looking forward to it to make sure everything is still ok.
QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday?
I survived Christmas with my in-laws! It was just as stressful as I expected (fot those of you who read my stressed out post about it a few weeks ago), but I survived. Thankfully back home now, and able to relax. Phew!
1. Due date? How many weeks are you? What size is baby? 2/16, 33w0d, Durian
2. Age at delivery? (optional) 43
3. Any other children? Furbabies? 1 DS (17), 1DD (4), 2 Dogs, 2 Cats
4. How are you feeling? Getting harder to move around. I did something to my back on Thanksgiving, so now I can't stand for more than 10-15 minutes without excruciating pain. It really made Christmas shopping impossible. Also, I now drive the electric buggies at the grocery store!! Sad...but true!! I cannot wait for D-Day!
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? Because of my "age", I have to have the Biophysical Profile U/S every single week until I deliver, which seems a bit over the top for me since the baby has been fine and I'm fine. It's nice to see the baby so much, but I don't like the price tag or the time it takes every single week for possibly 8 weeks!
QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday? No resolutions. Not sure I'd ever stuck to one my whole life, so I stopped setting them eons ago. LOL Since I'm so far along, we opted to stay home and not visit family so it made the season nice and relaxing!!
Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday and have a Happy New Year!!! After all, we're all pregnant and expecting little bundles of joy!!!!
@anonymousmotley goodness woman!! Sorry about your back. But yeah...u/s would be fun but also very pricey for me too as I would have to pay for each one. And they are not cheap.
Proud Mom to Kaleigh (14yr) Emma (12yr) and Hanna (7yr)
So sorry, ladies. I have been super busy the last few months and haven't posted much, if at all. I have been keeping up, aka lurking, though.
1. Due date? How many weeks are you? What size is baby? April 14th, but they have informed me that they will induce at 39 weeks, so April 7th adjusted EDD. 25 weeks. Size of a cauliflower.
2. Age at delivery? (optional) 41
3. Any other children? Furbabies? DS 2 years old. 2 dogs and 1 cat (we lost a cat the week before Christmas) :-(
4. How are you feeling? Not bad. Not bad at all. Feel like my whoo is gonna split in two, but otherwise, great. TMI like @mandyreads, I know. :-)
ny upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves? I hit viability week last Tuesday. Yay! Had a growth scan yesterday and everything looks great so far. At my last appointment, I was down 7 lbs overall. Yay! I am still not wearing maternity clothes, but I didn't with DS either...at all. I'm hoping that trend continues... My blood pressure has been on the high side, so they are monitoring me closely, but my last appointment the BP was much better. I did develop GD this pregnancy too, so that explains the weight loss. My blood sugar has been much higher with this pregnancy vs. with my DS, but I can control it with diet...it just has to be low carb to control it. What fun...oh well. Because I had GD with DS, they tested me early in this pregnancy for regular diabetes and my A1C was fine...thankfully! I guess my body just does not like pregnancy. QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday?Yes, get back to exercising. We moved in June to a new house, just before I got pregnant, and my DH finally put my Bowflex Treadclimber back up, so I can begin the new year with more exercise. Just gotta keep my heart rate under 140... Doc is still fine with me exercising on the treadclimber as long as I keep my heart rate under 140 even with my BP issues. Whew...that is a relief! Christmas was great! My DS is old enough to enjoy Christmas and he makes it fun. We went to Texas on Friday and drove back Sunday...makes for a long weekend for sure.

2. Age at Delivery-46
3. Two children- age 22 and 1 year, we have a Beagle.
4. Nausea starting, and generally extra tired.
5. 1st u/s with RE on Tuesday.
Knew that we would be TTC again soon, so, decided not to stress about it.
2. Age at delivery? (optional)
3. Any other children? Furbabies?

QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday? Continue walking most days with the fiancee. After baby comes, I want to get into really good shape. I want to set a healthy example for my baby girl.
Meanwhile we also have several ladies closing in on delivery day fast ... Can't wait for those updates, too! @Samuelismomma @mandyreads @gremaud07 am I missing anyone?
1. EDD 5/17/15, 20 weeks, banana. Half baked today!
2. 38
3. A toddler and a dog
3. Any other children? Furbabies?
One cat
Fine, really. My crazy appetite is starting to level off, so I no longer feel like I will dies of starvation if I don't eat something every two hours.
5. Any upcoming appointments, milestones, rants or raves?
Anatomy scan scheduled for one week from tomorrow (Monday). Very much looking forward to it to make sure everything is still ok.
QOTW: Do you have any New Year's resolutions? Or any post-birth resolutions? Also, how was your Christmas/holiday?

2. Age at delivery? (optional)
43
LOL
Since I'm so far along, we opted to stay home and not visit family so it made the season nice and relaxing!!
Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday and have a Happy New Year!!! After all, we're all pregnant and expecting little bundles of joy!!!!

Also, how was your Christmas/holiday? Yes, get back to exercising.
