Leaking boobs after shower question

I am pumping several times a day however when I get out of the shower my boobs are leaking a lot!! If I pump right before I shower will they still leak? Do you have a better way to take care if this

    Oh, I don't miss the leaking boobs...  that will get better as your supply regulates.  It'll take a few more weeks before that happens.  Are you BF or EP?  If you are BF and don't need to pump, I would wait another week or so to start pumping again.  Every time you (or baby) takes milk out is a signal to your body to produce more.

    We weren't able to BF. His latch was too painful, I wasn't vested in BFing (more of a mental thing) And my nipples were severely bleeding by 24 hrs. So we are pumping and formula supplementing.
