Prevacid

Hey ladies! I'm looking for a little advice or commiseration here. My LO is almost 7 months now and has been on Prevacid for about 3 months. It has been wonderful and really helped control her reflux. The last few weeks I have noticed she is spitting up more again. We have struggled with weight gain for a while and I felt like she was finally gaining well, so I'm worried if she starts spitting up more, she will stop gaining. Has anyone else whose baby is on Prevacid notice it start to lose effectiveness? Has anyone had to have the dowsage increased? The doctors told me that with Zantac, the dosage would need to be increased as she grew, but I didn't know if that was the same with Prevacid. We go back to the doctor after the new year, so I will ask then, but was hoping for some other's experiences now.
