What to do with baby in Summer?

We live right around the corner from a beautiful shady park. Seattle summers are amazing and not very hot. Dh and I are already planning many an afternoon picnics with the baby this summer. We also like to camp but not sure how that is gonna work with someone who needs to be cleaned up constantly.
