MS has made a third trimester return It's not as bad as the first trimester, but enough that I'm not sure I'll enjoy our Christmas dinner. I hope I won't be too grossed out to cook it. I'm feeling well otherwise.
QOTW: I've been prioritizing rest, diet, and exercise throughout the pregnancy. I hope to continue that after birth too. I wish I had the energy to do more socializing, though. I hope to make more of an effort with that aspect after birth.
I just got my beta results and they are good!!!!! Going in for my 1st ultrasound on Jan 2.
14 DPO - 103 Hcg
18 DPO - 841 Hcg, prog. 24
I am lucky to have the next 2 weeks off to relax and focus on family over the holidays, and get some rest. I try to eat really well, although I have been eating way too much since my BFP last week and now feel really bloated. I feel tired today but that could be b/c I got up at 6:45 to go to the RE for bloodwork.
So grateful to be here!
Good luck to everyone.
TTC#1 since Aug 2013, I'm 37, DH 41.
Maya Arvigo Abdominal massage (daily self care), plus TTC meditations.
I'm very sensitive to diet (gluten, avoid processed foods) and environment. Have a history of inflammation and tendinitis before going off gluten in 2009.
July 2014 - RE Visit #1: Eggs look good, Endometrioma on R ovary, HSG showed blocked R tube close to ovary. DH SA normal
DX: Endometriosis probably the IF cause and gunking up tubes. Since egg reserve is high, RE says I can wait a couple months and then get laproscopic surgery to remove endo & clear tube. If that doesn't help then move to IVF.
Dec 2014 - Saw new RE - does not recommend surgery on tube as it isn't likely to help. Doubts I have endometriosis. My endometrioma shrunk to neglible size (yay!)
No big updates to report. I am now 5w 6d according to my calculations. I am also feeling bloated from all the holiday eating already. I need to cool it with that.
The big excitement for me is that my best friend in the world since I was 7 years old just told me she is pregnant with her 1st! We are due 6 days apart!!!! I wish we lived closer, but I am ridiculously excited nonetheless.
QOTD: Having a 19 month old doesn't allow me a lot of "me" time. I try to be as productive as possible at nap time, but I also try to sit and relax (and do some of this) while she sleeps. She also goes to bed at 7:00 every night which allows me some quality time with my DH.
Wishing everyone a very merry Christmas and happy holidays!
Hi everyone - no big updates here to report either. I have my first OB visit on January 2nd too @Radiantly so good luck! Scared to death something will go wrong with my progesterone which was what made it tricky getting pregnant in the first place. Dr. is continuing to monitor things. I've felt crampy and nauseous a lot. (Nauseous is one of those words I can't spell - I have to spell check it every stinking time!) No drinking during the holidays obviously but totally craving carbs and finding myself needing to eat little snacks and exhausted a lot. Over all feeling pretty got right now though. FX that all the ladies in TTC after 35 get their bfps in the New Year!
Hi everyone! I've started eating and gaining weight like mad. Two more weeks and I'll have less on my plate so I look forward to being able to up my exercise and take a long weekend completely off. Anatomy scan is on December 31 - a bit anxious about it, but trying to remind myself it's not something I can control.
I hope to see you all on the other side very soon! Merry Christmas to those celebrating tonight and tomorrow!
Nothing much new here. I am 6w4d today and have been pretty nauseated. No actual puking. I really never felt bad with my loss pregnancy so I'm hoping that feeling like crap is a good sign. I have an ultrasound on monday and am trying not to stress out about it too much.
We were visiting family this past week and it was harder then I thought to keep it a secret since I was so queasy and tired. Nobody said anything but I think there are suspicions.
QOTW: Probably bumping and reading.

8w3 days for me. First appt will be Monday so I am hoping for a great reason to celebrate the New Year! I've had very mild nausea which I had with DD but not with my loss, so I am clinging on to that fact to keep my sanity. Oh, I also don't remember farting as much. I hope gas is a symptom of the increasing HCG levels. I have Christmas and will be attending a bowl game on Saturday. That should help the time go by.
QOTW: Mani and pedis. The pedis go down to once a month in the winter to save money, but I get a mani every 2 weeks. I usually go on a weekend during DD's nap time.
I am so freaking constipated !! Just had to say. Christmas eating is not helping. It's all kale tomorrow. And prunes.

@Radiantly Ugh. I hear you! I've been super bloated and constipated almost from the start, and it hasn't gone away. Liquids really help too. Dietary changes (prunes, veggies, fruit, FiberOne, etc.) do make some difference but haven't been enough for me... I finally gave in around 15 weeks and bought Colace with my OB's blessing. Now I take it about twice a week. Those are the BEST days of the week!
QOTD: What do I do for me? Not much. I do everything for everyone else. My DH has to force me to do things for myself! I get my haircut every 10 weeks. That's about all I do for me.
Annnnd-- so happy to see the great replies in this post! Glad everyone is doing well!
Me: I am 18w3d now, and feeling good. I get bouts of nausea after eating sometimes, but other than that, I am happy. I have been STARVING. Like-- I could eat an entire 16" sub by myself starving. This baby loooooves food! So yeah...that's about the extent of it. Here is a recent belly pic. Getting really round!
Off Mirena Nov 2013, On Nuvaring end of Jan, Back off Sept 2014. Never ending cycle starting end of Sept...
11/14 Provera failed... cycle continues
12/14 High FSH (57 "midcycle") OBGYN had no clue... about anything
01/15 More lab results coming back from RE. U/S showed small (1")cyst on left ovary, thin lining, and couldn't locate right ovary so possibly straight to DE and IVF
Occassionally mess with the chart below to see "what if" and learn (not to make it pretty but because FF stays drunk with me).
So sorry for just seeing this, @hooligans4! OMG December has been such a whirlwind of a month! Yes, I've been lurking but I've been MIA for pretty much most of December because of work. I've been putting in crazy OT and with the holidays and all, it's just been too much. I'm doing good - tomorrow I'll be 29 weeks. Though my bump keeps getting bigger, I've (miraculously) managed to stay within 5 lbs of my original weight. Of course, this last stage is where I'll probably gain the most, so I'm sure I'll make up for what I haven't gained so far. lol
Hubby and I took a trip to Charleston, SC for our babymoon last week so here's a pic from the trip, my most recent pics. Sorry they're so huge, I'm not good at this resizing thing.
I think about you ladies often and hope you all are doing well!
