Growth Spurt?

Do you guys notice these now?

DD has slept 13 hours two nights ago and 12 last night with 2.5 hour naps both days and is EATING ME OUT OF HOUSE AND HOME.  Bottomless pit the last two days.  At first I chalked it up to her making up for lost time since she was sick but today I am thinking maybe growing?  Is there a two year one or is it just continuous at this point?  She has been so picky and sicky so this was just a huge change.
