It's 4:30am...

LO got up to nurse for the first time at 4am (down at 10pm), now she's back down and it's 4:30. My alarm clock is set for 5:30 to get up for work. Do I go back to sleep for a hour or just get up? What would you do?

Take a 30 minute power nap. The same thing happened to me the other day and that nap was so worth it!

Same here. I tried to go back to bed. Didn't work I couldn't sleep but I got good baby cuddles anyway
