    I'm right there with @kej0004‌
I eat almost everything they say not to & have with all my pregnancies BUT I'm sure the canned chicken is fine to eat. I've never been told to avoid it.

I think it's safe. Not healthy. But safe.

Not all canned chicken is full of sodium, read your labels but it sounds fine.  Of course I just had hot dogs for a snack so what do I know

I would probably heat it - but I'm a rule follower although I don't heat tuna...so maybe not...
I hate being a rule follower! I want lox, cold turkey and wine!
    But not in that order!

    I think I may also be a rule-following special snowflake AW :)

Canned tuna is not necessarily the same as canned chicken. Tuna has high levels of mercury in it so you should really limit yourself on how much you eat. My guide says no more than 4oz a week of canned tuna and no fresh or frozen. There is no limit on how much chicken you can eat.
