Re-intro. D&E on Friday. *LC in siggy*

Hi ladies,
I was here for a short while following my first loss back in October. I was fortunate enough to get pregnant again the following cycle. Thursday I woke up to some light spotting at 10 weeks. I honestly thought it was nothing, but went into the OB for some reassurance since PgAL is such a mindfuck. Long story short, baby stopped growing at 8w2d. I had a D&E on Friday afternoon and now here I am.
I've been alternating between feeling numb, crying hysterically, and being so pissed off that I want to break something. I'm so deep in despair right now that I don't know how to go on. I'm sorry to be joining you all again, but send ((hugs)) to anyone who needs them this morning.

    I'm so sorry for your losses. The emotional roller coaster is, unfortunately, normal. It takes time to dull, allow yourself to grieve, but seek help if you feel yourself slipping into depression. Have you considered seeing a therapist/counselor? Sending T&P's that you find some peace over the holidays. ((Hugs)) welcome back.

    I'm so sorry for your losses. Did your OB recommend that you TTA for a couple cycles so you have time to heal physically and mentally? Sometimes you need more time before TTC again for emotional reason even more than the physical ones.

    My OB said we should wait for my first cycle after D&E, but right now I'm feeling that probably isn't long enough for us. I'm not sure when we will actually be TTC again.

    I'm very sorry for your losses and that you find yourself back here. I think a lot of what you're feeling is normal, but I found it very helpful to talk to a therapist.

    I'm so sorry for your loss and that you're back here. Hugs.
    Together since April 2004.  Married since June 19th, 2010.
     BFP #1: January 31st 2012: CP. 
     BFP #2: June 1st 2012, Due:2/8/13. Avery was born via unplanned c section on 2/13/13. 
     BFP #3: Sept. 25th, 2014. Due: 6/5/15.  MMC on 10/23/14. Confirmed complete molar pregnancy per D&C 10/29/14, 
    HCG officially negative 12/10/14.  Benched until June 2015.

    I agree with what others have said, counseling can be very helpful.
    I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.
