After 3.5 years of horrid fertility treatments, we announced Christmas Day that we are having TWINS! One is thanks to IVF, the other conceived naturally at the exact same time! (Only one embryo transferred, but they are fraternal!) Our miracle babies! Best Christmas ever!

We announced to our family on Christmas Eve. No pictures to post as we did a "movie" trailer. My husband is an actor so we sat everyone down to watch his latest "production" which started with scenes from a couple of his films then switched to home movies of me telling him I'm pregnant and then doctors visits and sonograms. It was an epic surprise. Best Christmas Eve ever!
It's my dad's birthday next week and baby will be my parents very first grandbaby so we're giving them this book "Grandma, Grandpa, & me" and taping the ultra sound photo to it and saying its a late Christmas\birthday present! I can't wait!!

Congrats @melrease12 ! What an amazing story! I didn't realize it was possible but I guess it makes sense. Can they tell which baby is which?
This signature is all for YOU. I'm on mobile and can't see crap.

@thiscoffeechick I'm not sure, haven't asked yet! We are going to assume whichever one loves ice cream must be the frosty. Haha The ultrasound tech was pretty shocked, she had never seen it before either! It's super rare for sure.
We announced today after our first appointment. We decided on a different announcement than we originally put together. They changed my due date to Aug 3rd from July 23rd though, so we had to do a last minute change to the announcement.
CP 3/07 BFP 5/07 - Kylie born 2/08. BPF 2/09 - Alexandra born 10/09. TTC since 8/13 - diagnosed difficulty conceiving due to LP defect. Took vitamin B and Vitex Berry to help lengthen. BFP 2/14 - Missed M/C found at 8.5 weeks. D&C at 9w2d. Partial Molar Pregnancy. BFP 11/14
A little late to the party, but here's ours (we used it for Christmas cards). We didn't tell my 9-year old stepdaughter at the time we took these pics. Our photographer just handed my husband the chalkboard to hold and then quickly took it away once she got the shot. She kept saying "what did the sign say?" and we told her "uhhh, it says Merry Christmas!" - lol
This isn't super creative but summery... I think we might take a pic of the dogs and do a "future big sister" thing if we have time. Hoping to announce on facebook this weekend!
