Baby gate rec

Hey - can anyone recommend a solid baby gate that can screw into walls? We've never needed a solid one but now T is opening the door to his room which is right at the top of the stairs. My fear is if he's sleepy he'll turn the wrong way instead of into our room, so I want to put a solid gate up that if he bumps it, it won't fall. Appreciate any help!
