That's what I'm wondering.  I don't know if it's my form or if I did one wrong and just injured it.  It started all of a sudden.

Ok. I wouldn't call it kicking ass, but I did my 31 push-ups. Some on my knees because I'm working on my form though. Thanks for the advice @stringy813‌
