    Lost/gained since last week: -2

    Total weight loss: -2 since we started the check ins

    Wins/positives: started working out with a personal trainer and did some meal prep on Sunday for the week

    Challenges: I am still nursing so just always hungry and seeing less . So afraid losing much weight is not in the cards. Going to keep going for sure and see how things go

    Goal for next week: don't totally go nuts with eating over the holiday and stay as active as possible

    Lost/gained since last week: not sure but I think it's about the same

    Total weight loss: -45 lbs

    Wins/positives: starting to maintain my goal weight now it's just trying to tone those lower abs!

    Challenges: just feeling tired a lot more this week and have a stomach bug

    Tips/tricks/ideas/anything else: DD naps about 3-4 times a day so I'm trying to do some form of an ab workout each time she naps

    Goal for next week:
    More water and more ab exercises.
