Ugh, guys,I suck. Everyone got the ick and I fell off the bandwagon. I need a month vacation where the children still go to child care so I can work out everyday and still get stuff done at the house.

I didn't do yesterdays. This week has kicked my ass. ( Today is rest day so I will do yesterdays 150 sec plank after work. I don't think I dare do it on my office floor. That would probably be a FFFC.
