This will be long and I will probably sound like a complete idiot, but I don't care. All for the love of our babies.
Background: Anders isn't circumcised yet. We have to wait until he is one because his urethra opening might be slightly off center. I can't remember what they call it. He is currently 3 months.
I have a call into the nurse for an appointment but haven't heard back yet.
About a week and a half ago I was giving the boys a bath and noticed two little white spots right at the edge of his foreskin. I know you aren't supposed to retract it, but with his issue, doctors have been messing with it. Also, his foreskin doesn't completely cover the tip of his penis. There is a tiny opening, which is why they suspect his urethra opening might be slightly off.
The spots were a little bigger than a poppy seed and kind of like ricotta cheese (sorry, that's super gross, but I don't know how else to describe it). It wasn't smelly. It was in a tiny pocket and the edges were a little red. I wiped most of it out, but I couldn't get all of it and I didn't want to mess with it too much.
I just noticed that he has another spot and you can still see where the other two spots were. And his urethra is slightly red.

I didn't mess with it this time.
Does anyone have experience with this? Should I be doing anything extra since his foreskin is a little short? Is he having problems because doctors have messed with it? Any advice is appreciated.
Re: Uncircumcised penis help. Very TMI.
I feel dumb, I don't have any experience with this sort of stuff.
And I would guess his urethra is red due to messing with it
Circumcised babies also have skin covering the area that you're talking about.
The grossness just gets stuck in there sometimes.
It's just yuck from dead skin, sweat, etc.
