I picked up some candy. I'm thinking of grabbing him a pair of gloves and maybe a giftcard for fast food for when he's on duty and can't come home for dinner.
I've been stealing all his nasty candy for the past couple months. He has a penchant for that awful stuff candy bracelets are made of and I can't stand it. But it will be returned for Christmas. Along with a wallet... and ear warmers if I can find them in time. @roo1582, love the idea of lottery scratch offs.
Candy, gum, nuts & a metal nutcracker set (we didn't have one), another strap for his watch, I would do a gift card or something a little more fun but ran out of money to spend on him. Sometimes I do beef jerky too.
I got my husband the same book. He also got a bacon chocolate bar, since he's always saying chocolate and bacon can't be good together, but has never actually tried it. He also got a stamp from the Rosetta Comet, but he's at another level of geek, I doubt anyone else on the planet would love that...
Wow! Lots of scratchers. I hope someone wins something!! My H is just getting toiletries for now. If I happen to see something else, I will add that in. My MIL does stockings too, but they are usually just our cards with money, which is always nice!
Is it weird and wrong to find some gift cards that we already have and put them in his stocking? He won't know right? (we have a box full!)
