I had a 16 WEEK ultrasound and was told we are having a girl... However the baby was not exactly cooperating and I do not clearly see the 3 lines (if anything I almost see 4?!). I feel as though their little legs were too closed! What do you think? Maybe I'm just too excited it's a girl and am afraid it was wrong?! I of course most importantly want a healthy baby, and in fact had a feeling it was a boy. Now I've gotten into girl mode and am over the moon excited. Anyway, what does this look like to you?
Take down the photo of your daughters genitals. We aren't ultrasound techs and don't care
What in the world? Why is it such a big deal? I am clearly missing something here. My name is nowhere on the photo... I would hope if some sick-minded person wanted to find one of these pictures they'd just google it and not take the time to join a board?! I'm actually a private person and share barely anything on social media, etc. I did not think this was a big deal.
Wow haha sorry you're having a bad day... Unless you're perverted, posting this photo of a 16 week ultrasound shouldn't be a big deal. Great first response to my first post on a pregnancy forum! Nice work! YOU aren't an ultrasound tech and YOU don't care. Luckily I wasn't counting on any ultrasound techs responding. Simply wanted input from others who may be familiar.
Actually I had a great day, thanks though.
I'm not a pervert, but who the hell knows who's watching these boards. I've seen crazy ass people on here pretending to be other people. We don't mind ultrasound photos, but a shot between their legs isn't appropriate at any age.
If you don't trust the trained professionals opinion I'm not really sure what you're expecting to hear here.
Was the doctor or tech confident a girl Or just think it looks like a girl? If they said girl in confidence, I would go with it as they are the experts. If they were pretty sure or not certain, I would stick with neutral stuff until another ultrasound.

How can you think it's ok to post a pic of your baby's genitals on the Internet? Really think about what your doing. What would be the difference between posting your baby's junk now or in 24 weeks straight after delivery. Or would you be ok with that to?
I've been a regular on a forum before and know how this goes. Let's all gang up on one person...
Not wasting anymore time here and not dealing with any of your negativity.
It's not ganging up, don't worry there'll be someone in here soon enough to tell us how it's up to you if you want your kids genitals on the internet and were just mean bullies.
Don't actually listen to what were saying, just remain ignorant. Good plan
Love how were negative because we don't want to squee over her kids vagina. What she want us to say, it's a vagina looks great, did she get that feature from your side? Or is it more like her fathers side of the family vagjna?
Listen to yourselves. I also wouldn't post a naked photo of my child on the Internet but it is NOT a crime to post an ultrasound photo. Is the baby wearing clothes? No. I also wouldn't let a doctor photograph my child in that area! THERE IS A DIFFERENCE WHEN THE CHILD IS 16 WEEKS OLD IN THE WOMB. The fact that you all are relating this to some sort of porn is sickening. Take a look at yourselves. You're taking a completely innocent post and turning it into some huge ordeal.
Actually yeah, we only showed profile ultrasound photos. Those are the only ones that obviously look like a baby and the only ones anyone gave a shit about. So.. Next question?

This is shameful! I hope you develop some parenting skills over the next 20 weeks. I'd look into some parenting classes real quick.
"Cause' you know I love the players And you love the game!"
I don't care about others' ultrasound guesses. I think it's stupid to ask the internet if you have an educated, available tech right there. I think it's even more stupid to expect internet strangers to guess for you & offer you free "zomg squees"!
Often the people that do this are not satisfied (for whatever reason) with the information they received. They are hoping some internet rando will say the opposite. I swear that's the vibe I get off the posts that go down like this.
@Nicb13 : seems odd to get picky about the responses now, but hey do your thing. :-??
***UPDATE!!!*** You all will be thrilled to find that I've located a board filled with respectful people and have gotten normal responses from them. I've also been told from them that this forum is known to have rude "witches" and not to bother coming back. Who knew you were infamous for that?! Now I do. So I'm taking their advice and not yours. You're welcome for stirring up some excitement. Thank you to perhaps the two or three of you who responsed with your opinion in a respectful way AND to those of you who messaged me privately sharing that you didn't see what the big deal was either.
Have a fabulous day and a happy holiday! If that's possible!
