Time to call it, y'all. I haven't been around here (Bump) as much as I thought, or as much as y'all deserve for a check-in leader, and I don't see that changing in the near future. Sooooo, can I ask who would like to take over this weekly check-in? You can say so here or PM me, if you prefer. XO.

Welcome to first tri check-in. This is for those of us who want to stay in the safety of the PgAL board yet still have first tri questions/concerns/vents/etc. For those who returned to TTCAL since the last check-in, we are so, so sorry for your losses. Hugs to those that need them. I'm not tagging anyone this week, so everyone, please feel free to join in!

EDD/Week/Fruit  6w4d,  EDD 8/14

Worries (rational or irrational)   Somewhat Rational - that the next ultrasound will go badly
Irrational - I need to go to the DMV because my car is due to be inspected and I haven't changed the address since I moved 70 miles away and I don't want to drive back there for the inspection.  The last time I started spotting at the DMV which was the first sign that something was wrong and I really don't want to go there.

Appointments scheduled  I had an u/s Tuesday which showed everything was on track and saw the gestational sac and yolk sac.  My next u/s is scheduled for 12/29 when I will be 7w2d.  This will be the big one.

Upcoming milestones/Loss dates  Last time the baby stopped growing at 6w3d but we didn't find this out until 7w6d

So we leave to visit the inlaws tomorrow and I'm worried about keeping the secret.  I'm not drinking coffee or wine and I'm on endometrium so I'm worried about the applicators in the trash can.  I know coffee is technically OK but I don't drink it on a regular basis anyway so it is NBD to avoid it for me so I feel I might as well.

I've had the flu for 2 weeks something terrible will happen to this baby because of it.

Had an ultrasound monday that showed a sac and yolk. I have another one this Monday to see how things are growing.

Upcoming milestones/Loss dates
Hoping to see a little heart beating away at our next ultrasound. My previous loss was around 6 weeks.

I am totally not ready were finishing our downstairs and the carpet comes in the 22nd. I still have tons of shopping to do and have only put up stockings. It will be so nice Christmas eve to be surrounded by family.

EDD/Week/Fruit 8/6/15 - I'll be 7 weeks tomorrow - blueberry

Worries (rational or irrational) 

Every single feeling "down there" painful or not sets me off. I can't handle it! One minute I'm hopeful this is our rainbow, the next I feel something and I'm sure I'm out. 

Appointments scheduled 

I just had one yesterday at 6w5d, saw the heartbeat (144 bpm), I have another next Tuesday before I graduate from my RE. 

Upcoming milestones/Loss dates 

I am currently the farther along than my last 2 pregnancies. As for loss, last Christmas day I started spotting with my ectopic, New Years day is when it burst/I had surgery. I'm not sure how I will handle both days.

We kind of started celebrating last weekend because my Mom and sister came to visit for a trip into the city for the day as a Christmas present to my Mom. Then Christmas Eve we will travel up to New Hampshire to spent the long weekend with them. I have all my gifts except a few crocheted things I need to do and coffee for my dad.

Hello ladies! Thank you for the checkin @NoeliaV‌ . I am 9w1d. /7/21/15. / cherry Worries: just the milestone of my mc at 10w2d approaching. We will be out of town at my parents' so that will be a good distraction I would imagine Appts: jan 9 I graduate from my re to my ob and have an ultrasound. Yesterday I had an ultrasound too for peace of mind and the doc said all looked good. Fx baby keeps growing! Milestone: I started spotting at 8 w before so I passed that one. Now I have 10w2d when my actual loss happened @mara005 I also have losses hinged to the holidays. Christmas Eve last year was when my spotting started. Hugs to you as you approach these holidays. So glad again that you are here. Qotw: excited about the holidays! Although my husband's family has had a number of health issues in the last week. Praying that they all get well.

Worries (rational or irrational): The symptoms aren't "bad enough" and that first US will be bad.

Appointments scheduled: 12/23.

Upcoming milestones/Loss dates: No, but hope it's good news the day before Christmas Eve with my family in town.

Worries (rational or irrational)
1. I think one of the ladies I teach with is about as pregnant as I am.  If this ends in a loss, I worry about having to daily see her reaching all the milestones I will miss.  I also worry about if the roles are reversed and how my pregnancy would affect her.

2. I was irrationally worried a comment my mom made would effect this pregnancy.  Thanks to the wonderful responses and love in my post, I don't have it anymore.

Appointments scheduled December 29 is my first appt which will include a dating u/s.  I'm hoping this one ends with a heartbeat.  I'll be 9 weeks based on ovulation and 10 weeks from LMP.  I'm really glad I know when I ovulated and that will save me some worry.

Upcoming milestones/Loss dates next week I will be 8 weeks which is when we found out baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks.  I hope I don't  spend that week waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Tomorrow is my first ultrasound at the RE office. I'm so glad the time has come, but I'm also so freaked out that it'll be bad news.

Christmas has been hard since our loss 3 years ago. Not cause of the date, but more the family stuff this time of year. I'm hoping to be excited this year, but I know some doubt will creep in too.

Not yet! I am hoping to finalize some Christmas shopping this weekend so that I can enjoy the festivities approaching next week.
