As I was taking a shower the other day I realized that I am a little OCD when it comes to the steps that I take while showering.
It goes like this: wash hair, rinse hair, put conditioner in hair, wash my body with my loofah, shave my armpits, shave my legs, wash my face, wash my cooch and bum, shave cooch, rinse hair.
The other day I didn't remember the conditioner until after I washed my cooch and bum and I kinda freaked out. Like WTF do I dooooo? My whole morning was just messed the hell up.
Some other things:
1. I have to brush my teeth after I shower. I even tested this by brushing them BEFORE and I still had to brush them after.
2. I can't be the last one eating in a group. I literally scan people's plates and slow down if necessary. (freaking weirdo)
3. At home when looking from the foot of the bed I sleep on the left side. When we are in a hotel I always sleep on the right. (no idea what that's about)
4. Another food one I just noticed the other night. When eating multiple things (like veggies, potato, and steak) I have to eat them in equal amounts at the same time. It drives me CRAZY when MH eats all of the salad first, then all his veggies, then his potato, and last his meat. (I need help)
So, anyone want to make me feel better about my crazy ass self and share some of your OCD tendencies?

I am not sure how to say this without getting a "solicitation" warning so I guess I just say that I am not longer active on THIS site.
Re: NTTCALR- OCD much? (or other little quirks)
Hehe. I definitely have an order for doing everything like shower tasks, taking vitamins in a certain order, and where I stand in classes at the gym.
Some food ones:
*I take little bites and have to have a little bit of everything on the fork. For example, it needs to include a cut of chicken, rice, and cooked carrots for every bite. DH eats each part separately- all the rice, then carrots, and then chicken.
*DH laughs at the way I eat pancakes (and so did my dad). I cut around and around creating a smaller and smaller square.

@flyoffeve I am the same way with my food. Unlike Furrypaws, I don't mind my food touching and I like to have a variety of taste in my mouth! I had a friend who ate pancakes like that!
If I'm on an airplane the little lever holding up the tray table MUST be absolutely vertical. Mh messes with it and I freak out. He thinks it's hilarious
I have to bag my own groceries bc I have a system for weight distribution and not crushing things
I have to use a napkin to remove my coffee lid to add milk and sugar. I have to put the lid on the counter with that same napkin under it. I have to use the napkin to put the lid back on. That napkin must then be thrown away and I take 2 more for potential spills.
So many others....!

The grocery thing! When we go to Costco MH repacks EVERYTHING because no one does it as good as him! lol
And I have no idea what's going on with your coffee thing :P
@Cfearsy, that's an interesting one!
It's so weird how people have quirks like these. It always interests me for some reason.
I will also join the "hate things touching on my plate" bandwagon and I usually eat my veggies first, then meat, then potato/rice.
DH also thinks I'm a little OCD about my clothes. I like them folded a certain way and I will re-fold if they are not right. Hence why DH doesn't fold my clothes because I will just re-fold them. I think I just don't like my clothes to be wrinkled (which doesn't explain why lounge pants are folded in quarters and jeans are folded in thirds).

My face wash is separate from the soap I use everywhere else. Otherwise...eww! Lol which I guess is another of mine.
I think my coffee thing might be the one to beat here

For me, when making lists I make a draft list where DW can add whatever she likes, but have to make a final draft before actually using the list.
I have a very specific morning routine, that if broken makes me feel very flustered. Take a shower (I wash my face last), moisturize, brush my teeth, set up my make up area and then take the dogs out to potty. Anything that happens after this scenario doesn't matter as long as everything before hand plays out properly.

@catvaughn5002 I have heard of many people that have the volume thing. It's just something I never notice but maybe I will now. Hrmmmmm
@rmpar29 MH would have a field day with me if I had to have things in alphabetical order like that!

Maybe that's why I feel off today
MH color codes his tshirts in the closet and he also re-loads the dishwasher because I guess I just suck at it!
1. I buy things in sets... Even if I don't need whatever it is, if it's a set I usually buy it.
2. When shopping I organize the shelves.
3. All of the bottles in the shower have to be evenly spaced and angled the same direction.
4. My fridge is categorized and everything is in straight rows.
5 On my desk if I have a pen, calendar, tablet, phone ect. It all had to be parallel, evenly spaced and not touching.

@yorkielove83 I do that sometimes too. I used to work at Wal Mart LONG ago in the health and beauty aids section. Every night I had to make sure all the rows were completely even. I can't stand when they are all messed up!

I'm all about the bed! I have to check each corner every night to make sure it's all tucked in correctly (DH really messes it all up!) and the sheets and duvet have to be straight and can only fall off the side of the bed a certain way. Each pillow has its exact location (5 pillows total!)
