Improving sperm with supplements?

Hi Ladies,

Anybody have any luck improving sperm with supplements?  Just got DH's SA back and everything looks great except his strict morphology is only 2.5%.  TIA.

I would suggest talking to a urologist or an expert in Chinese medicine.

I recently learned that vegetarianism can negatively affect a man's sperm count. That's a strike against us.

I think they say that CoQ10 is helpful. Every doc I asked about this particular supp was supportive, which was not the case for every other one I mentioned. GL!

We've been using Gingko Biloba twice a day this month and it's helped with DH's performance.  Not sure about counts but I highly recommend looking into it for you ladies who have older husbands like myself.

Hmmm, I'll have to try the Gingko, DH isn't older but his sex drive is so-so. I am also going to give him the CoQ-10 and lots of Vit C. His count is really good, it's just the morphology (shape) that's not great.
