This is my first pregnancy 9weeks in And I'm miserable. Today I cannot eat it all comes back up. I've tried gingerale ginger teas with no luck. It's been getting worse. I hope this ends. Any tips are welcome

Sorry you aren't feeling well. There are a lot of different things you can try. Have you tried searching the forum for m/s and symptoms threads?
