I'm going to do a lunch for the teachers at our daycare, between the 2 kids there are about 8 teachers/ aides.  This will cost $50-$60.  Now I'm wondering if I should also give something extra to the head teachers, there are 3.  DD will graduate this year so I'm planning on giving the teacher something then.  I don't have a huge budget, do you think the lunch is enough?

It's only costing 50-60 dollars for 8 people? That's pretty good. I wouldn't think you need to do more but a card or a $5 gift card is a nice gesture if you want to do more.

Lunch is a great gesture. If you want to do a little something extra, I think you can do a small gift, whether its a $10 gift card or something of similar value just to show the personal appreciation.
