Anyone with sleeping problems already???

recently it has become impossible to sleep, I tried to sleep on my left and bb girl starts kicking. If I move to the right something internally hurts. I wake up with internal pain in my belly, I have the pregnancy pillow, but is not helping, anyone with ideas?
