First appointment

This may be out there, but oh well. Sitting in the waiting room. My appointment is postponed an hour, because the Doctor is out dilivering a baby. Congrats to somebody! Anyway I'm sitting in this place and I didn't expect to be so anxious, I live in a rural area and don't have much choice in the Obgyn department so I went to the same place. Trying not to get to worked up, I just want to get this done with. Fingers crossed she has a safe and speedy dilivery.

*hugs* waiting absolutely sucks. I'm already anxious before all my appointments but throw in an extra wait and I'm going nuts lol

Oh big ((hugs)) to you.  We actually had to wait over an hour to see our OB because the u/s machine kept needing to be used and then when we finally got in we found out we had a MMC.  If we have to wait this time, I'm sure I would go nuts.  How did everything go?

::Update::

It took about an hour for me to get into the room to wait for the OBGYN. Oddly enough a Mix of Christmas Music and rock music was playing over the radio so I was comforted by Jingle Bells. When she came in she greeted me, and just talked a bit about life after the MC. She isn't the most compassionate person, I could tell me telling her I was anxious was what she expected to hear, but none the less, she let me now she was going to give me an Pelvic Ultrasound, which I didn't expect because it was so busy. Europes' The Final Countdown came on the radio, and I thought it was so strange to go through all this and then have that song play. Seriously.... WTH?!  Anyway She let me know I was 7 weeks 5 days! Due July 30, and I got to see the Little Beans heart flutter I was excited to see all this, I MC at 4 Weeks and was shocked she said 8. All I could say over and over was Thank you. 

I am still worried that a chance of a MC could happen, but to see the little heart flutter and Embryo take shape was very rewarding. My symptoms have still been on the low side, some nausea and sleepiness, I guess I shouldn't wish for Morning sickness, but it would be a comfort to know and feel something from the baby. Only 4 more weeks till we see Baby Nelson.

It sounds like it was worth that awful wait!! I'm so happy for you that you got to see that beautiful flutter. I'm sure you are smiling ear to ear! Sending prayers your way that your worries will ease. Can't wait to hear about the first time you get to HEAR that little heart!
