Ammonia Burn? Or Something else?

My 3 month old has a horrible diaper rash that looks like an burn. I am thinking maybe an Ammonia Burn but her diapers don't smell bad and we haven't been using them for very long. We used disposables for the first 2 months. However when she wears cloth she gets a rash. Occasionally I will throw a disposable on her to go out and about or if she gets a bad rash so I can use Aquaphor. Think its Ammonia or something else? The only reason why I don't think it is, is bc of no smell. We do have hard water and we use charlie's soap. However I once washed with Tide Original powder at mom's.

What kind of cloth do you use? Some babies can't have suedecloth on their skin.

We use Bum Genius, Some Best Bottoms, Some Alva and a couple Imagines. Most BG though.

Freetimes? 4.0s? Do you use microfleece liners?
Try the microfleece first, and then try an elemental (also with microfleece).

We have two free times and the rest are 4.0. I don't think we have any micro fleece. I will look at home later.

Using Charlie's 1/2 a scopp.
