18 weeks with mono/di twins. Sharp stomach pain and bedrest????

Hello,

For the last few days I have had sharp lower left abdominal pain. The nurse at my doctors office thinks it is round ligament pain but mention the high possibility of being put on bedrest this week. I have an appointment coming up and will find out for sure if I will be placed on bedrest or not. But, I wanted to know if you or anyone you know have been placed on bedrest this early for ligament pain?
