They get stuck in their own methods, they don't like to hear other people's - even professionals in the same field - opinions, and they think everyone is an idiot. What do you call a doctor who was last in their class? Doctor. 

Medical schooling doesn't always guarantee everything. Sorry about your bad experience =(

@missdaisy925 I am so sorry you had to go through that! That behavior is unacceptable. Good for you for putting your foot down and getting another doctor. This guy is going to lose more patients than just you, I am pretty certain.

Yes! We were all 4 years apart, I'm the youngest, and I got left out and ganged up on a lot, I don't want to do that to my kids so I'm keeping it at an even number.  Plus I think if I have 1 hand to grab each kid, I'm good.  Having more kids than hands = no bueno.

@missdaisy925 thanks... wtf is wrong with your doctor? If having thyroid antibodies = no baby, then I might as well stop now... after reading your post I'm going to ask my GYN about what's an ideal level for pregnancy since I'm on Synthroid too... how did your doc come up with under 2 as the target?
