My 2 year old, as frustrating as he can be sometimes, is also an absolute riot. I was tucking him in the other night and said, "Good night. Sleep tight. Don't let the bedbugs bite." As I was walking out he goes, "Night night. Don't let the bugs get you!"

IMMS that DS slept in almost an hour later than normal.  He's in a great mood this morning and I got to play on the internet all by myself before he woke up

It also MMS that I got some ornaments on sale yesterday which I had been admiring.  I was prepared to pay full price but I got them 40% off!  

Also it's my push up rest day.  Woot!

IMMS that DS (8 weeks for those on mobile) is becoming more interactive. He had started sticking his tongue out and I just realized when I do it back he coos and smiles and does it again.

IMMS that my baby smiled and cooed at me multiple times at the pediatrician's office this morning. It's the first time I've seen her smile while she's actually awake.

IMMS that this weekend DH and I cleaned our house from top to bottom, put up our Xmas decorations, and did a ton of shopping.  Waking up this morning with a clean and decorated house with everything I need feels awesome!

IMMS that E used the big girl potty out at a restaurant last night.  She even had on a back up diaper, but didn't want to use it.  She is doing so great!

It also MMS that I pumped 10 ounces this morning!  After a couple of weeks of lower than normal supply, this was huge.

We put Christmas lights up for the first time on our house (yes we are lazy).  This was mostly achieved by me reminding my husband that 3 or 4 years ago I purchased a remote serge protector for the lights.  That way he just had to hit the on and off button on the remote.  And it has an old school antenna that you pull out.  E got a kick out of turning the lights on.

And E got herself dressed this morning.  I had to throw some clothes at her, but she did put them on all by herself.  Usually it's a wrestling match in the morning to get her out of her pajamas and into clothes.

As grumpy as N gets sometimes, I realized this morning that he's actually pretty well-behaved when we go grocery shopping. I was all excited to get home and post about it, then N peed in the car seat. Ugh. Can't win them all I guess.

Me too! If I wasn't fatter than him I would buy it and wear it for our ugly sweater competition at work this week.

IMMS that Lillebaby reposted my picture on instagram. I was babywearing and working on a woodworking project. They called me Rosie the babywearing riveter

Also, IMMS that we almost finished building a learning tower for my twin nieces. I hope they like it.

IMMS that I've been able to spend so much time with M this week. It was stressful coordinating schedules with our nanny out of town, but I can't get over this kid. He is my heart and getting to be so much fun to play with. Also, things with J are getting better, its been hard adjusting to being a couple with a baby but I feel like we are getting the hang of it and remembering to be a couple.

The diaper cakes are a mystery to me, but now H has some new toys, plus I have baby shower gifts for years!

@ovenrack‌, what an awesome raffle prize!! Just being nosy but by diaper cake mystery, do you mean you're not sure what to do with it as a CD mom? My thought is donate them to a crisis pregnancy center or homeless shelter unless you already know a mom to be whose shower is soon. Forgive my 4am post if I'm being Captain Obvious.
