Reflux - do they always spit excessively?

I'm just trying to pinpoint what is going on w/ my little one, will ask the doc too of course, but he doesn't spit much at all..not like my FF babies did..they probably had reflux and I never realized it.

My 1st had GURD/reflux. He projectile vomited frequently. The key indicator was the crying and arching his back when he drank. He had to sleep at an incline. As long as LO is thriving they don't take it so seriously but if you push the issue they have prescription Zantac etc.
