Right side pain any ideas?

I'm 19 weeks 3 days and I just had a Some killer right side pain up towards my ribs and right side of mid back lasted about 10 min then slowly faded away once I layed down since it's not on my abdomen I'm not too worried and I googled it and couldn't find anything other then a handful of people with the same problem with no idea eaither what I'm wondering is if anyone has experienced this and knows what it is?

I am high risk for preeclampsia and this is a symptom my doctor has me on the look out for. BUT if you are not having any other symptoms, then it doesn't really seem related.. Good luck finding out. If it went away, then I wouldn't imagine its too much of a concern.

My first pregnancy, I had something like this (can't remember if it was left or right). It happened twice, 2nd time at 17w I went to the ER, who sent me to L&D. It went away on its own, they told me it was probably reflux. I know it wasn't reflux but whatever it was went away and never came back. It was pretty bad, I was nearly doubled over at the grocery store the first time it happened.

Last time I was in to the docs my blood pressure was really low compared to normal it was half of what it's normally and the told me I needed to eat more and drink a lot of Gatorade so idt it's preeclampsia

Ya it hurt so bad I could barely walk too
