is it normal to have this only at certain times of the day? For example, I had it for sure yesterday morning but then it disappeared and I had It again a little at night,,,, what's normal? Thank you ladies.
I'm no expert, but from what I read, there's not really any "normal." People get it at different times and different ways.
I've had it line up perfectly with other signs in my cycle and match exactly what one would "expect" should happen and I've had cycles where it's sporadic and/or I don't notice it at all.
I think it's one of those things that is a good extra piece of information, but can't really be relied upon.
I experience that too. In this past cycle, I had EWCM and watery CM on and off (even on O+1). I seem to have most in the morning once I get up and start moving around.

Mine seems to be very sporadic...for example last month I had EWCM at least once for about 8 days before O - this month, barely anything so far. I usually notice mine being more plentiful at night, after a workout, or of course after a BM (I don't check my CM internally though, I just observe while going to the restroom). Bleh, lol. I think it's normal to notice different amounts at different times of the day.

from what I've read, CM can change all the time. That definitely seems to hold true for me, which is why I don't use that as my main indicator of anything. Like others have already said, keep track of the "best" CM and go from there
You record the MOST fertile you observe. You can check multiple times a day and record the most fertile; which is the opposite of a cervical check which you should only check once a day at a specific time each day.
