I chose one that has a birth announcement on the front, no special wording just some of his newborn pics and birth stats in Christmas colors. Then on the back it has a snowflake background in coordinating colors with our message that says something along the lines of merry Christmas and happy holidays from our new family of five (includes our 2 dogs). It's a little more wordy than that but that's the jist!

DD was born at the end of October. We used a Zazzle one that had 6 photo slots on the front for her newborn photos. On the back we wrote "This Christmas we joyfully welcome (name)." Then below that we wrote "Born October 29, 2014 weighing 7lbs, 13oz and measuring 21 inches." On the final line we wrote "Wishing you love this Christmas and always".
