Ok, so I got an XL mens wool sweater from Goodwill and felted it. I cut out a big rectangle large enough to cover the girls, and basically made one big rectangle nursing pad using OBV and hemp fleece, then I stuff it into the bra part of my nursing tanks. It's easy to just pull it down when I pull the shirt down. It's plenty absorbent, and the wool means no leaks. Then you just toss it in the wash with towels or diapers or something.

You could also just cut the wool and put it behind your other nursing pads, too. Or try to use the wool alone (I've got one with cashmere front/wool back that is waiting to be serged, but I haven't used it yet myself) because apparently just like with wool wraps, wool nursing pads don't have to be washed each time.

I've really liked mine so far, though, and I have tons of leaking ON, so I figured I'd pass the idea along.

Also, obviously the ones with OBV and hemp fleece get washed every time, but for ones that are all wool they can apparently be treated like a wool diaper cover.

I didn't lanolize the OBV/hemp ones because. I machine wash them, but I would the cashmere/wool one probably. The wool still stays dry.

I used a tri-folded prefold at night... But wool seems like it would be really nice!
