  • I am up two lbs from last month, but I'm okay with that since I ate all the things at Thanksgiving. Amazingly, I managed to lose half an inch each in my waist and hips. Not entirely sure how.

    I'm super sad because my trainer is leaving. My last session with her was this morning.. I met my new trainer on Wednesday...she's nice and all, but we'll see. I just feel like I meshed really well with my first trainer, so hopefully the new one will work out.

  • :-h I'm really bad at this at this time of year, every year. I love the holidays and all of the food/drinks that come with it. I'm hoping to get through the holidays without gaining and then go from there. I also really need to start running. I'm supposed to be doing a 5K in February, which will be here before I know it!

  • Up half a pound from last week. I didn't get my normal healthy snacks when grocery shopping and last night I binged a little before dinner. Not gunna beat myself up over it though. Ultimately, I have lost almost 60 pounds since having LO so that's a feat right there. 

    Goal for next week is to get my healthy snacks, more water and gum, and get to the gym more than just 2 1/2 times. (1/2 was LO got kicked out of gymcare for being too whiny).  I'm hoping to continue to lose and I think it might be possible despite the holiday if I keep myself in check. 

    Also, if I lose next week past what I was last week, I'm going to brave jeans shopping next weekend. Hoping to buy 1 size down but we'll see. Waist has shrunken, hips not so much. But I'm excited to see things fit again...albeit differently.

    We can do this ladies!

    Yeah, he's fairly high maintenance, especially this week. (Teething? JBBB? Who knows) They have a 20 minute rule and then they page you. I don't love it but it's okay for now. 

    My maternity low panel jeans are finally too big on me (I could barely get them on due to my hips for a while) so even if I'm not ready to go down a size, it's time to own more than 2 pairs of non maternity pants!

    Edit: @ dnmolakides that was a huge typo. I gained 60 pounds with LO...have lost 50 of it. So I don't deserve as much credit! :)
