Went back to my OB/GYN today (who also has an RE in the office, though I am confused if it is him or one of his partners....). Anyway, we had a good discussion about my never ending cycle. So... the fact that I spotted after Provera, even though it wasn't even remotely close to flow, does mean that I responded to it, which is good. Even that could get my cycle going again. He did agree that I probably wasn't ovulating, and took a look at my charts. He doesn't think I am going through early menopause or anything just that the IUD/ TTC for a short period of time/ Nuva Ring/ TTC again cycle messed me up. BUT he didn't want to wait until we hit 6 months... close enough... he ordered all the bloodwork and based on what happens in the next 2 weeks and what the bloodwork says we will start medicated (and monitored) cycles if necessary at the beginning of the year. So... maybe some progress!
Though really... I feel like my body is broken and I did it. I know I didn't but I really loved my IUD and now I feel like I'm paying for not suffering through AF every month. I also feel like maybe it was the wrong choice go back on BC before the wedding... if I had just let my body figure itself out... but I know I can't turn back time, just feeling crappy about it. Hopefully having test results will make things better.
Oh... and one last note... in case anyone was wondering... I changed my FF app to show light the day of spotting even though it was spotting because that's where we are looking from for this "cycle". That's when I "responded" to the Provera and when we would hope that my body was thinking it was starting a new cycle. As soon as I did I got a dotted line... but no cross hairs. I do know that spotting is not flow and the start of a cycle, but 1) it was getting impossible to read on my phone and 2) that's where we are looking from so it made sense so I could keep track.

Off Mirena Nov 2013, On Nuvaring end of Jan, Back off Sept 2014. Never ending cycle starting end of Sept...
11/14 Provera failed... cycle continues
12/14 High FSH (57 "midcycle") OBGYN had no clue... about anything
01/15 More lab results coming back from RE. U/S showed small (1")cyst on left ovary, thin lining, and couldn't locate right ovary so possibly straight to DE and IVF
Occassionally mess with the chart below to see "what if" and learn (not to make it pretty but because FF stays drunk with me).
