"Having weather" made me LOL. 

I have yet to be determined to what level this is a thing. I mean, we had a heat advisory warning on a day that got up to 86 degrees, so...

I am prepared and ready. But schools are closing all over because the power might be out tomorrow. As a girl raised in Hurricance Central who went to school in the mountains, I am really waiting to see what the reality turns out to be.

We're supposed to have weather too! I am between the bay area and sac. My neighbor put sandbags in front of his garage. We've lived in norcal for only 15 months so no clue if this will be really bad or socal bad kwim. Schools closing that's crazy and DH might be staying home tomorrow as his office will be mostly vacant and is in east bay. Fun times. I hope we get rain but no one gets damage or injured.

Marin, Novato, Oakland, sf, alameda, Hayward all closed thurs and possibly Friday I had childhood year in Michigan, it took 6 feet to clos schools California is not prepped for power outages nor buldings to handle bad weather
