Length of lunch

How long does it take for your LO to eat lunch? No matter what I give Annabelle, it takes her half an hour to an hour to eat lunch. She doesn't take this long with dinner or breakfast. Lunch is like her time to just sit and draw out eating.

Ds takes about a half hour for lunch. He's not a big lunch eater. He takes a loong time for breakfast and sometimes dinner though. Those are his big meals.

at daycare they get a half hour "lunch" before naptime. At home, she's a grazer so even though we try to give her lunch at the same time as daycare, she'll take 2 hours to eat it. Same with all her meals though at home.

Although she only eats very little she can stretch lunch out over 30 minutes or longer. She will literally eat 1/2 of a weiner or 1/3 of a yogurt over 30 minutes.

My issue is my Annabelle just loves to feed a lot of her food to the 3 dogs we have.  I think that tends to drag things out.  Probably 25-30 minutes.

My kid inhales his food. So we're done in minutes unless it's something I'm feeding him, in which case I feed him slower so that may take 20 minutes.

I've also got a food inhaler! He demands food all day long, and eats it as quickly as possible. Meals are maybe 10 minutes if I'm lucky!
