Just had a biopsy for a uterine polyp then my RE did a treatment attempting to increase stem cells for implantation.
Also pre-natals, Vitamin D, Ubiquinol, acupuncture

4. Where are you in your cycle?
On the BCP bench until the 12/16 for IVF #3

5. How do you feel about this cycle?
Starting to get excited for the upcoming cycle

CD 18 2WW To early for symptoms.  But hey no tingly boobs after O....good sign right. UGH

TBH I had a strong intuitive feeling this weekend come over me we nailed it.  My intuition is usually spot on.  But I hate that because I know it will just result in a disappointment

It was taken the kids to Christmas Eve service then heading into DC to see the National Christmas tree.  Now we don't live in Northern VA anymore.  So I am not sure what to do now.  Last year sucked as I was solely packing up a house for the kids and I to make our move to FL.  We left out on New Years day

Been trying a bit before we got married on Jan 4th 2013. We have no children and hope to be trying for our 4th time once we burn the bench (time frame not known)

I have been benched since Oct but I am seeing an RE for the first time next Wed and I started temping last month to get used to it.

I am on CD5 and I swore I felt nauseous but I am not even trying. Talk about bat shit crazy LOL

Since I am TTA there is nothing I am anxious about for this cycle but I am nervous as hell about my RE appointment 

QOTW: What is your favorite holiday tradition?

The Christmas morning BJ I give MH every year. Even though he gets them year round there is something about that morning that he LOVES. That's the only tradition I have <insert blushing smiley here>

2. This is my 2nd cycle trying for baby #2

3. Doing FF, temping, OPKs, supplements, preseed, avoiding caffeine and alcohol

4. I am deep into the 2WW -- 13 dpo. I miraculously haven't tested yet. Last cycle, I tested early and felt a little silly when I AF showed the next day. If AF doesn't visit me tomorrow morning, I will test. (Please cross your fingers, say a prayer, etc!) My temperature is still very high -- 98.6 or 98.7 every morning. But most of the time, it doesn't go down until AF is actually here. 

5. I'm all over the place this cycle. I have moments where I am sure AF is coming. And I have moments where I feel pretty sure I'm pregnant. I'll find out tomorrow, I guess!

QOTD -- I'm such a Christmas freak, it's hard for me to pick just one! I love trimming the tree, especially since I have collected ornaments from all over the world and have made some with pictures of my family and friends. I also love Christmas movies and music!

On CD76 on the never ending cylcle.  Had Provera on CD47 and it didn't work. Given up looking at symptoms.

(Are you hopeful, anxious... etc) Tired of it.  Got great news yesterday that my TSH is at 1.99... he likes it at 2 for TTC and it's been there forever so yay.  Guess I can be happy about that.  Glad we're going to do something on Friday but today I am tired of it.  I've been a roller coaster of emotions since Thanksgiving though

Femara, dexamethasone, Follistim, all types of vitamins, RE, IUI, I have had all the medical texts twice and still OK, I stopped charting/temping since I am closely monitored

4. 2WW, currently 11dpo.  Thought I was 15dpo and af was late, but i had my o date wrong.  Oh well.  Have had all kinds of symptoms but of course, they can all be contributed to pms as well.

5. I'm super bummed after realizing that I o'd later than I thought.  Initially I was really optimistic because our timing was perfect and now, not so much.  Af should be here by Friday.

We don't really have any holiday traditions.  DH calls me a scrooge.  I'm not into decorating or anything - so I guess it would just be to watch the kids open presents.

CD10 today, so just waiting to O. Last couple cycles were day 11 and 12, so if everything holds true, it'll be in the next few days.

Meh. We really wanted to be pregnant by the end of the year, but I'm beginning to feel more pessimistic about that happening.

We usually go to the national forest and chop down our tree as part of a USFS forest thinning program. We didn't this year because the 2.5 hour drive there and back seemed like a bad idea with DD so we ended up buying it from a lot (not as much fun), but I can't wait till she's old enough to enjoy that tradition!

@sonpetitlapin‌ I used to live in DC and loved the Christmas time decorations in the city so much. I lived for awhile in CA and the only time I was homesick was around Christmas--Palm trees just aren't the same.

I did make an appt with my ob for early next year, just to get on her schedule, in case we need to start being a bit more aggressive. I also researched my health insurance and that made me feel better and proactive.

4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test? Experiencing any weird "phantom" symptoms ladies in your 2ww? I think I O'ed on Monday, just waiting for FF's crosshairs. I'm on CD 20.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc) we tried to be good at timing but only got one really well timed BD...just hoping all it takes is that one!

QOTW: What is your favorite holiday tradition? I love the holidays. Growing up we had so many traditions and I love them all. I love the fresh tree all decorated, which is the only thing DH and I managed this year!
Now, though, I love that every year I fly down to see my parents (sometimes just overnight), usually in early December, so that my dad and I can do a daddy/daughter shopping day. It's really just us walking through Georgetown, getting lunch, talking. We've done it almost every year for well over a decade.

4. CD16. I think that today is O day. We only timed -6 and O (if I'm right), so I've got all of my fingers and toes crossed this time. 

5. I feel at peace with this cycle. Unfortunately we spent most of my FW discussing whether or not we want to continue. DH totally drags his feet about major conversations. We came to the decision to continue without medical interventions.

Waiting for AF to return after our recent loss.

Being benched makes me sad but honestly I'm still grieving so H wouldn't be getting any action anyway. (He did ask me to ask dr when we were clear to do the deed though.....i laughed at him and said "gonna be awhile!") I did have my last dr appt today in regards to this loss and I'm inflamed in there but since i feel ok (no fever/chills or sick) Dr feels antibiotics should do the trick and is pleased with the healing process. Still have to watch out for those things. No exercise though....not even easy walking. I bled a little too much last week and with the inflammation i need more healing time. With all that said......I think my dr has been really on top of my care and i really like her. Im going to keep her as my OBGYN from here out. 

QOTW: What is your favorite holiday tradition?
I love decorating the tree. Specifically hanging the ornaments that hung in our tree as a child. My mom gave me a lot of them and i just love them.

 CD22 In the 2WW now 5dpo. No symptom spotting for me! I don't like the disappointment of BFNs (probably worse than seeing AF to me), so I'm not sure if I'll test I am hopeful!

I'm a little heartbroken.  I was so hoping we would conceive prior to the end of the year.  My cycles have been lengthening and because we will not pursue ART I have decided to not temp/chart this month with the holidays and busy schedules.  We may re-evaluate in the New Year but I believe we are moving into the ntnp.  If thinks drastically change (financially) then we would rush to RE.

I am so hopefull for all of you and I will be here and definitely will lurk wishing you all wonderful successful cycles!

QOTW: What is your favorite holiday tradition?  Christmas Eve, my extended family goes to my mom's house for an early dinner, "white elephant" gift exchange, laughter, family stories, "talent" show and love and laughter!

@kelley72, I'm sorry you're feeling heartbroken. I'm sure the decision to NTNP isn't an easy one. Maybe the not keeping track this month is what your body needs to kick start it and you'll get a pleasant surprise!

OK, I did something to my keyboard and can't copy/paste, so I'm going to need to abbreviate here.

TTC #2 since January, currently doing first IVF cycle.

Had egg retrieval yesterday.  We got nine, which isn't a lot but is on track with what RE was hoping for.  Now I'm waiting anxiously for the fertilization report.

For Christmas, my family used to have a light dinner on Christmas Eve, then have cheese, crackers, wine, etc, and open one present each.  That was nice, and when DD is older and DH and I actually start doing presents, I think we'll pick it up.  We used to have kind of an elaborate Christmas breakfast, but my mom recommended that I start my own, less labor-intensive tradition, and I think she's right!

Shout out to @URMySunshine77 (thanks for thinking of me!) and @TAT2MAMI.  I hope everything's going well!

Femara CD3-7, ultrasound, Menopur 150 IU added on CD 12, triggered CD 13.  Acupuncture continues (loving it).  Beta next Friday.

6 days post-trigger.  I ovulated Saturday or Sunday - there was a lot going on in there (PAINFUL) so I hope I ovulated a couple nice follicles!

Hopeful.  We had sex FOUR times last week and my hubby made it through.  We hit all the "prescribed" days so I'm feeling pretty good!

Just did my first IUI with Clomid and Ovidrel this past cycle.

AF arrived this morning (as I was taking a pregnancy test, haha) so it's back to the RE tomorrow morning for another round of IUI. I totally thought I was having pregnancy symptoms; I had a milky discharge (sorry if TMI), sore nipples, and I thought I had had implantation cramps. But I also knew I was looking for any possible signs.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
I feel relieved that as long as she was going to visit, AF came a few days early because (I think?) now we'll have the chance to do another IUI before we leave for Christmas. Not sure how we'll be able to supplement with sex once we get to my in-law's house though--the walls are paper thin! I feel hopeful and a little worried all at once. We won't be able to try in January due to some business travel.

QOTW: What is your favorite holiday tradition?

I just love a good Christmas carol, it always takes me back to my childhood. O Come All Ye Faithful is one of my favorites.

5. Feeling a little let down that we didn't have the chance to try the IUI. We didn't do much BDing prior to my CD12 monitoring appointment where they found no follies--but my levels indicated that I was ovulating. We tried a Hail Mary BD that night and are keeping our fingers crossed that the meds alone did the trick. Our RE and his nurse are optimistic.   

QOTW: I love making cookies around Christmas--although I tend to eat them all.

Thanks!  I got the call this morning--all 9 were mature and fertilized, so yay!  I should be doing a 5-day transfer on Monday.

4) CD25. We only BD once during FW so very low expectations.

7.5 mg letrozole CD2-6. Weekly acupuncture, TI, minimal caffeine and alcohol.

CD11. I usually O around CD15, so we'll do every other day TI until I get a positive on my OPK.

5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)

I feel hopeful, but mostly a bit numb. I think I've started to emotionally detach from TTC because the ups and downs are making me so miserable.

QOTW: What is your favorite holiday tradition?
We also do the Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve (I married into an Italian family). Also, the weekend after Thanksgiving, DH and I put up holiday decorations, sip spiked cocoa, and then watch all those old Rankin/Bass holiday specials like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. It's like our own private Christmas before the craziness starts.

Hi everyone, I changed my sig because I have a new update and plan.  I saw RE#2 on Thursday (my first RE left the practice, nowhere to be found. didn't like him that much anyway).  The main points are as follows (a more detailed post in the TTTC check-in btw):

--> He does not recommend lapro surgery, he thinks RE#1 is too pro-surgery when it isn't warranted. Since I don't have fibroids or cysts there is not enough research showing that opening the tube would help much  (My reaction = HAPPY! I didn't want to surgery and this feels great that he thinks it would not be helpful)

--> Upon vag-scope, my endometrioma has shrunk to 'negligible size'!!  Woot Woooot!!  He said nothing to worry about.  So I don't know (forgot to ask) if that means he doesn't suspect endo any more.  I don't have painful periods or extremely heavy flows so I don't have symptoms it would seem.

--> He confirmed I O'ed on my open left side so that is great!  I am in the 2WW, today is 6 DPO.  Or so.  I had a zigzag temp increase so I'm not sure.  Chart below - thoughts?? 

--> Seriously considering IVF in April when I'm done with travelling for work in Q1.  DH and I went to the IVF class last night. Whoa. Needles.

Usually we go to Boston and buy & decorate the tree on Christmas Eve, but this year my sister & stepmom will be in California so we're going up to Connecticut instead for other family. They make good eggnog.

I hope it doesn't come to that, but the needles really aren't that bad. Time consuming, but not that bad.

Supposed to IUI this cycle but missed it because of bad timing (Thanksgiving got in the way) So it's been just OPK, Acupuncture, Chiropractor.... and I added herbs (trying to get past the awful taste) oh yeah and a bunch of well timed sex.

2WW, 4DPO. No symptoms, going to try to wait another week before testing

Growing up I also had the feast of 7 fishes with the extended family. Christmas day was always with my parents and brothers; mom always made a big breakfast and dinner. This is my 1st year not being in NJ for the holidays. (Since we just bought our house and TTC we wanted to spend our 1st Xmas here) It's going to be weird but we've decided to start our own new traditions.

Fingers crossed for the best holiday gift for all!
